Common questions

How do I unlock new levels?

Win the level you're on. Levels open one after another across 100 levels and 5 worlds. Every fifth level is a boss with a bigger board and fewer moves to spare.

I got a new phone. Where did my progress go?

Fruity Zoo has no accounts and no sign-up, so your progress lives only on the device you played on. It doesn't move to a new phone, and deleting the app erases it. We're weighing iCloud sync for a future update.

How do hints work?

You get three free hints a day. After that a hint costs one rewarded video — but that's always optional. Every one of the 100 levels can be finished without watching a single rewarded ad.

How do two people play on one device?

Tap Play with a friend on the Home screen, pick your card themes and a board size, then hit Start. Sit side by side and take turns: match a pair and you go again, miss it and the turn passes. Cards you win stack up in your own tray. No internet or second device needed.

Can I turn off personalized ads?

Yes, and nothing in the game gets locked either way — you'll still see ads, they just won't be personalized. The Privacy Policy has the exact steps for your device, along with everything our ad and analytics partners collect.

Is there anything to buy?

No. Fruity Zoo has no in-app purchases. Every level, card, and mode is earned by playing. Some extras — card themes, for instance — can also be unlocked for 24 hours by watching a rewarded video, but that's a shortcut, never the only way in.

The game is stuck or a card won't flip

Force-quit the app and reopen it — your stars and cards are saved as you earn them, so you won't lose progress. If it keeps happening, email us with your device model and OS version.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy for what our analytics and ad partners collect and how to opt out.
